Type plates are an indispensable component of many technical products. They provide the user with important information for use and handling.
They are not only used for advertising name tags or give-aways such as rulers, but also serve as information and hazard signs and as markings, for example in the fire protection sector for doors or pumps. Scales, measuring and stroke plates, power and device plates as well as stamped parts in various shapes also belong to the family of type plates.
All plates are manufactured individually for you. There is no minimum order quantity. We produce for you quickly, reliably and in high quality from different materials.
The type plate made of aluminium is an inexpensive solution for permanent use. In addition to etching, it can also be refined by anodising and designed in multicolour anodised underprinting. The oxide layer makes the aluminium shield corrosion-resistant and offers a scratch-resistant surface.
The following applies to all designs: the contours and inscriptions can no longer be removed with thinner or other lacquer solvents as is the case with normal printing.
In addition to digital printing, the aluminium type plates can also be etched, engraved or lasered and painted according to your wishes.
We supply aluminium in material thicknesses from 0.5 to 3.0 mm and the specification material number EN AW-5754 / DIN AlMg3.
